Local Schemes
Both Warwick District Council (WDC) and Stratford District Council (SDC) offer grants
Warm Homes Local Grant
This offers grants for a range of measures such as solar panels, loft insulation, cavity wall insulation and air source heat pumps. The scheme is aimed at private owner occupier and private rented sector residents on a low income with properties that have a low energy performance
Stratford District Council – Community Climate Change Fund
The purpose of this grant is to enable the delivery of climate change focused projects within the communities of Stratford on Avon District.
Warwick District Council -Rural and urban capital improvement grants scheme (RUCIS)
This gives grants (£1,000 – £20,000) to locally led and run, not for profit, community organisations towards capital projects, such as solar panels, heat pumps etc
National Schemes
Warm Homes Plan
The UK Government has launched its Warm Homes Plan and its aim is to upgrade up to 5 million homes by 2030 and in particular helping, low-income families; renters and social housing tenants. Boiler Upgrade Scheme
